Local Kiosks
Make payments in person at authorized U.S. Payments kiosks. Have your bill with you when paying by cash, check, or card.

- Inside Cactus City Hall: 201 S. Hwy 287, Cactus, Texas
Cost of Gas: A variable charge that changes monthly based on the actual cost of natural gas.
Customer Charge: A flat monthly fee that appears on every bill regardless of usage.
GRIP Rate: A fixed charge supporting ongoing pipeline replacement and reliability programs.
Rate Case Surcharge: A temporary charge covering regulatory costs.
Taxes & Franchise Fee: Required charges determined by local and state governments.
